  4. HYGGE ADORN 有權於未來任何時間基於需要修改本條款內容，並直接於網路公告而不另行個別通知。

＊帳號、密碼與安全性：

  1. 會員應完成註冊程序、提供會員註冊或交易流程中所要求的資料，並應擔保所提供的所有資料都是正確且即時的資料，如果會員所提供的資料事後有變更，會員應即時更新所留存的資料。如果會員未即時提供資料、未按指定方式提供資料、或所提供之資料不正確或與事實不符，本公司保留不經事先通知，隨時拒絕或暫停對該會員提供相關服務的權利。
  2. 會員可以自行選擇使用者名稱和密碼，但會員有妥善自行保管和保密的義務，不得透漏或提供予第三人使用，會員務必維持密碼及帳號之機密安全，任何依照本網站服務與相關系統規定方法輸入會員帳號及密碼與登入資料一致時，無論是否由本人親自輸入，均將視為會員本人所使用。登入系統後之所有行為，均應由持有該使用者名稱和密碼之會員負責。本公司不對會員有任何形式的賠償或補償義務。

．放入購物車不代表訂購完成，請您挑選完後盡速完成線上訂購程序。
．HYGGE ADORN 針對同一消費者以複數帳號重覆、多次下單，或同一地址有多筆訂單同期間送達，本網站有權不對訂單負責並可隨時取消訂單或更改且不發出任何通知。
．依據消費者保護法第19條第1項規定：「郵購或訪問買賣之消費者，對所收受之商品不願買受時，得於收受商品後七日內，退回商品或以書面通知企業經營者解除買賣契約，無須說明理由及負擔任何費用或價款。」
請注意，若商品包裝已經拆封，因本公司商品性質上屬易於變質或損壞的商品，本公司恕不接受退、換貨。
．訂購完成不表示交易已經完成或契約已經成立。本公司有權保留最後審核、是否接受訂單與出貨的權利。但您已付款者，除法律另有規定外，視為交易成立，如商品標示價格明顯過低於市價或誤植，視為HYGGE ADORN 網站系統正在維護中，本網站有權不對訂單負責並可隨時取消訂單或更改且不發出任何通知。

．任何產品頁面所顯示的資訊包含價格、內容敘述將在HYGGE ADORN 網站標示，相關資訊可能隨時更改且不發出任何通知。

．商品運送費用依運送地、商品種類、會員選擇送貨方式的不同而異。HYGGE ADORN 目前尚無開放國外地區配送。
．會員應於送出訂單前再次進行確認，確保收貨地址非屬於上述地區，超出該範圍的訂購或配送要求，屬於無效訂單，本網站有權單方取消訂單。
．若會員無正當理由多次拒收貨物，本網站有權取消該會員以後的訂單及採取凍結、關閉帳戶，永久禁止註冊等措施，並保留追究賠償責任的權利。

．商品有瑕疵或損壞，請於收到商品的三日內通知客服。我們將為您辦理退貨服務。所退回的商品，必須保持所有發票、商品、贈品、附件、包裝、及所有附隨贈品文件或資料的完整性，若商品包裝已經拆封或上述資料不完全，本公司恕不接受退貨服務，亦將拒絕您的退款要求。

．若您違反本公司條款或相關法律規定，導致HYGGE ADORN有損害或支出費用時，您應負擔一切賠償責任。
．HYGGE ADORN 不保證任何郵件、檔案或資料的傳送及儲存均可靠且正確無誤，亦不保證所儲存或所傳送之郵件、檔案或資料之安全性、可靠性、完整性、正確性及不會斷線和出錯等，因各該郵件、檔案或資料傳送或儲存失敗、遺失或錯誤等所致之損害，本公司不負賠償責任。

．基於公司運作，本公司保留隨時停止提供會員服務之全部或一部分的權利，本公司不因此而對會員負賠償或補償之責任。

．如會員違反本使用條款或各該會員服務的使用規範或約定，本公司保留隨時暫時停止提供服務、或終止提供服務的權利，且不因此而對會員負任何賠償或補償的責任。

．HYGGE ADORN保留隨時修改本購物須知條款、其他相關須知或約定及各項活動之權利，修改後的內容，將公佈在會員服務相關網頁上，不另外個別通知使用者。

．本使用條款及各該會員服務的相關使用規範及約定，均以中華民國法令為準據法。
